Our services are provided on a best-effort basis, and we will make every reasonable effort to repair your appliance to the best of our ability. However, we do not guarantee that we will be able to repair your appliance or that our services will meet your expectations.​

Fees and Payment

We charge a fee for our appliance repair services, which will be agreed upon before we start any work. Our fees are based on the type of appliance and the services required. Payment is due in full upon completion of the repair. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

Warranty

We offer a 365 days warranty on our appliance repair services, which covers the parts and labor used in the repair. The length of the warranty varies depending on the type of appliance and the services provided. Our warranty does not cover any new or additional problems that may arise after the repair.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to, damages for lost profits, business interruption, or any other consequential or incidental damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or your breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Changes to these Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of our services after we make changes indicates that you accept the revised Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of state of Florida, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
